Front of House/ Receptionist Location: Dagenham Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Hours: Mon – Fri 10.00am – 5.30pm Property experienced necessary

Our client is a growing independent estate and lettings agency based in Dagenham.

They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with landlords, tenants and the council assisting them with social housing.

Due to their continued growth and demand, they are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Front of House Receptionist to become the welcoming face of their busy office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls.
  • Responding to email and online enquiries.
  • Managing appointments and maintaining office diaries.
  • Supporting the sales and lettings team with general administrative tasks.
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • Updating customer records and property information using the company's CRM system.
  • Assisting with compliance paperwork and office administration.

What We're Looking For

  • Some previous property background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A professional, confident, and approachable manner.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience within the property industry is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
