Our client is looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to work within their branch in West Hampstead. They have an impressive amount of local knowledge and are looking for a candidate with exceptional people skills to join their ambitious friendly team and hit the ground running!
You will ensure smooth transactions between clients and tenants and deliver the best service with the utmost professionalism.
Duties:
- Conduct viewings with prospective tenants.
- Ensure all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to the landlord.
- Assisting tenants through the referencing process.
- Answering general enquiries from potential tenants and landlords.
- Negotiating terms, completing necessary paperwork to finalise and close deals.
- Working to both individual and team targets.
- Provide market advice to help landlords set competitive rental prices and advise on property management.
- Working to develop professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Keep detailed records of transactions, references and agreements.
- Resolving disputes by being the mediator between landlords and tenants.
- Generate new business.
Ideal Candidate:
- A proven track record in lettings and winning instructions.
- Pro-active, flexible and confident.
- Smart appearance.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and be self-motivated.
- Excellent sales ability.
- Good IT skills.
- A full, valid UK or EU driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for the role.
- Minimum 2 years experience.
