Overview

Pear Recruitment – Experienced Property Manager – Islington

Salary: Β£38,000 – Β£40,000. Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:15am – 6pm. Driver and own car preferred – not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
  • Dealing with contractor\'s invoices to ensure payment
  • Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and delivering a high level of customer service
  • Assisting other members of the PM department with renewals or other PM tasks as required
  • Co-operating with the Lettings Team
  • Ensuring portfolio compliance with all legislation (Gas Certs, EICRs, etc.)
  • Property inspections
  • Knowledge of Fixflo and/or Rentman software is an advantage

Requirements & Qualities

  • Minimum 4 years\' experience as a Property Manager
  • Knowledge of inventories, check in/out, deposit returns and related processes
  • Organised, professional, motivated and able to handle a busy portfolio (approximately 130 properties)
  • Previous experience with Flixflo is advantageous
  • Full driving licence preferred but not essential
