Overview
Pear Recruitment – Experienced Property Manager – Islington
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000. Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:15am – 6pm. Driver and own car preferred – not essential.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
- Dealing with contractor\'s invoices to ensure payment
- Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and delivering a high level of customer service
- Assisting other members of the PM department with renewals or other PM tasks as required
- Co-operating with the Lettings Team
- Ensuring portfolio compliance with all legislation (Gas Certs, EICRs, etc.)
- Property inspections
- Knowledge of Fixflo and/or Rentman software is an advantage
Requirements & Qualities
- Minimum 4 years\' experience as a Property Manager
- Knowledge of inventories, check in/out, deposit returns and related processes
- Organised, professional, motivated and able to handle a busy portfolio (approximately 130 properties)
- Previous experience with Flixflo is advantageous
- Full driving licence preferred but not essential
