Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors
  • Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicants' motivation for their search to design the best possible tour for them
  • Organising and attending viewings
  • Following up on leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
  • Negotiating terms and co-ordinating sales to completion
  • Assessing buyers' financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors
  • Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation
  • Preparing quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Maintaining applicant database
