Responsibilities:
- Register Applicants
- Keeping the applicant database up to date
- Take on & advertise properties to let
- Carry out viewings
- Negotiate offers between tenants/landlords
- Referencing tenants
- Arranging GSC/ EPC/ EICR
- Arranging tenant move ins & ensuring properties are compliant
- Assisting the property & lettings manager with day-to-day tasks
- Assisting with some property management when the lettings manager is off
Requirements:
- 2-years minimum experience required
- ARLA qualified would be ideal but not essential
- Reapit CRM knowledge would also be ideal
- Driving Licence is essential
