Salary: £35,000

Hours: 5-day week, Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm every other Saturday 9am – 3pm

Responsibilities:

  • Register Applicants
  • Keeping the applicant database up to date
  • Take on & advertise properties to let
  • Carry out viewings
  • Negotiate offers between tenants/landlords
  • Referencing tenants
  • Arranging GSC/ EPC/ EICR
  • Arranging tenant move ins & ensuring properties are compliant
  • Assisting the property & lettings manager with day-to-day tasks
  • Assisting with some property management when the lettings manager is off

Requirements:

  • 2-years minimum experience required
  • ARLA qualified would be ideal but not essential
  • Reapit CRM knowledge would also be ideal
  • Driving Licence is essential
