Executive Sales Manager – Aylesbury

Salary – £37,000 – £41,200 (£75,000 OTE)

Our highly successful Aylesbury Branch is looking for an Executive Sales Manager.

Experience:

  1. NAEA qualified to level 3 or equivalent
  2. At least 5 years\’ management experience in sales/lettings or similar sector
  3. Proactive, professional, with excellent client care skills
  4. Energetic and dynamic, driven to achieve tasks and grow the business
  5. Adaptable communication skills suitable for various environments
  6. Ability to meet targets within the set budget
  7. Maintain NPS score above 50
  8. Ensure internal audits exceed 85%
  9. Conduct regular staff appraisals and understand team performance
  10. Lead a disciplined team focused on lead generation and new business
  11. Encourage positive visitor greetings in the office
  12. Develop client relationships
  13. Attend networking events
