A rare opportunity to join a well-established and well-reviewed estate agents working across North London. We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in the day-to-day management of the business. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring a confident individual who can provide both high-level administrative support and hands-on operational assistance across the company with good knowledge of social media and the ability to promote the business in a positive way.
The successful candidate will play an active role in supporting business growth, including involvement in property operations, stock generation, and representing the business at meetings, events, and appointments. The role will also require the ability to cover property viewings when needed and provide holiday cover across the team to ensure service levels remain consistently high. This is a fluid position that will evolve over time, so we require someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a role where priorities may change quickly.
Key Requirements- Previous experience working within an estate agency/property agency environment is essential
- Strong ability to support the MD with organisation, coordination, and business administration
- Confident working operationally within a property environment, including assisting with stock generation activity
- Willingness to attend meetings, events, and external appointments as required
- Ability to cover property viewings when required
- Ability to provide holiday cover and wider team support as needed
- Strong Excel skills (confident producing reports, trackers and managing data)
- Must be a confident and capable driver
- Experience using Reapit is preferred
- Experience using Jupix is preferred
- Experience using Goodlord is beneficial
- Experience using Fixflo is beneficial
- An “all-rounder” who can manage a broad workload and take initiative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills and a professional manner always
- Highly organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
