Our client is currently searching for a focussed and driven property manager to join their multi-award-winning independent Estate Agency with offices covering Loughton and the surrounding area. The ideal candidate will be pro-active, a strategic thinker and be able to work independently and confidently.

Duties:

  • Liaising with tenants and landlords
  • Chasing outstanding works
  • Organising Gas / Electrical Safety Certificates / EPCs
  • Organising contractor appointments
  • Arranging tenancy extensions / renewals
  • Visiting properties and carrying out inspections
  • Reletting properties
  • Arranging inventory / check-in
  • Organising check-out / deposit return / dilapidations
  • Deposit dispute administration
  • Managing arrears
  • Maintenance / repair management
  • Organising contractor appointments

Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience
  • Very good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver the highest standard of customer service
  • A problem solver
  • An ability to manage a busy schedule
