Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
- Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of their motivation for their search to design the best possible tour for them.
- Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.
- Assess buyers' financial position and refer them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Remain proactive throughout the conveyancing process, i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge and experience of the Sales market and conveyancing process.
- A strong work ethic.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships.
- Enthusiasm and drive.
- Self-motivated with willingness to learn.
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to change.
