Key Responsibilities- Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research and due diligence.

- Present findings and recommendations to housebuilder clients.
- Negotiate terms and manage the acquisition process from start to finish.
- Proven experience in land acquisition, property development, or a related field.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Familiarity with the UK property market; knowledge of the Middle East market is advantageous.
