Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 2pm

About the role:

  • Generating new business by contacting and forging relationships with potential buyers and sellers
  • Identify key requirements and match these to their property portfolio
  • Attend property viewings with prospective buyers
  • Follow up on leads and aim for high conversion rates
  • Negotiating terms between buyers and sellers
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and surveyors to ensure smooth transactions
  • Respond to client enquiries, identify what the client needs and provide consistent feedback
  • Ensuring offers are financially evaluated, put forward, and confirmed in writing
  • Driving high value sales through the office
  • Meet individual and team targets to contribute to the agency's success
  • Contacting applicants by telephone, email and post, to book viewings of properties and identifying opportunities for potential instructions where relevant
  • Ensuring that all applicants initially registered by you are regularly spoken to and a new call-back date set
