Our client, a well-established and successful Lettings Agency founded in 2010, is seeking a Junior Property Manager to join their growing team in Earlsfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the property sector who is looking to progress into Property Management, or for an enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for property who is eager to begin a career in this dynamic industry.

As a Junior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated and expanding portfolio of properties, acting as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors. You will gain exposure to the full property management lifecycle while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

Your role will include:

  • Managed Tenancy Portfolio 90-110
  • Introduction to client
  • Client main point of contact during the tenancy
  • Handling all tenant related queries
  • Maintaining landlord and tenant relationships
  • Introduction to tenant and assistance in moving queries
  • Pre-Tenancy visits with clients
  • Identify, log, and resolve maintenance issues promptly
  • Ensuring legal compliance and property standards
  • 6 monthly inspections during tenancy
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM/property management system (Reapit)
  • Liaise internally with lettings negotiators and accounts teams
  • Annual leave cover
  • Deposit release process
  • Negotiations regarding deductions
  • Deposit dispute process

  • Previous experience within the property sector is advantageous
  • Strong interest in Property Management and the residential lettings market
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
