Key Responsibilities- Lead and grow the Commercial Property Sales department from inception
- Value and appraise new commercial property instructions
- Manage and negotiate sales through both private treaty and auction channels
- Minimum 5 years PQE (Post-Qualified Experience) in commercial property sales
- Strong valuation and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and commercially minded
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of the auction process is a plus but not essential
- Commission structure with uncapped earning potential
