Location - Marylebone

Salary - £25,000 OTE £50,000

Hours - Mon - Thurs 9.00am to 6.00pm / Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm

Full UK Driving licence required

Our client is looking for a first-class Sales Negotiator to join their team with at least 1 year Sales experience along with a great work ethic and winning personality. Our client's beautiful office is not far from Oxford Street in a prime Marylebone location. They are one of London's leading estate agents.

Duties

  • Identify potential customers and leads
  • Organising and attending valuations
  • Assist the buyers with finding the right properties and arrange and conduct effective accompanied viewings.
  • Negotiating terms and coordinating sales to completion
  • Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors, and associated estate agents throughout the process.
  • Completing necessary paperwork to finalise deals
  • Working to financial, individual and team targets to increase the company turnover
  • Maintaining applicant database
  • Developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues

Ideal Candidate

  • 12-18 Months experience in sales with a proven track record
  • Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Confident in conducting viewings
  • Adept at negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Thrives in a supportive, close-knit team environment while working independently
  • Professional, credible, knowledgeable, and up to date on industry trends and the property market
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude with a strong, confident personality
  • Be target driven and tenacious.
  • Be able to work effectively within a team.
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Well-presented and personable
  • Must hold a Full driving licence
