Salary - £20,000 - £25,000, OTE up to £50,000 - £60,000 + Car allowance

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am-6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm with day off in lieu (5 day working week)

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
  • Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicants motivation for their search to design the best possible tour for them.
  • Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are designed to be as structured and fruitful as possible.
  • Assessing buyers financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
  • Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
  • Key Skills and Experience:
  • Knowledge and experience of the Sales market and conveyancing process.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Effective communicator with strong ability to build rapport and relationships.
  • Enthusiasm and drive.
  • Self-motivated with willingness to learn.
  • Flexible with the ability to adapt to change.
