Pear Recruitment is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Cheshunt.

Salary: £22,000-£30,000 (OTE £45,000)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am – 6pm

About the role:

  • Identifying business opportunities and creating self-generated appointments.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients, noting all correspondence and communications.
  • Assisting with business generation.
  • Various ad-hoc administration office duties.
  • Maintaining goodwill, establishing trust, and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Working collaboratively across all departments and referring business where necessary.
