What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team to exceed rental and management targets
- Generate new business and grow landlord portfolios
- Deliver outstanding customer service to tenants and landlords alike
- Handle valuations, negotiations, and agreed lets through to completion
- Ensure the team operates fully compliant with lettings legislation
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven success in residential lettings, ideally with management experience
- Ambitious, target-driven, and confident in closing deals
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities
- Full UK driving licence
