Salary - £38,000, OTE £74,100 Inclusive Car allowance/Company car

Hours - 5-day week – Monday to Thursday 9am – 6:30pm, Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 4pm

Our client is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to play a key role in driving sales performance and support the sales team. Candidates should present themselves with professionalism and have experience within the property industry, embodying the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service. An independently owned agency with a 36-year legacy offers professional services across Lettings, Property Management, and Residential Sales. As a leading agent, they provide a foundation for growth, learning, and personal success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and driving sales performance across your branch
  • Leading, motivating, and developing a successful sales team
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Conducting valuations, viewings, and negotiations to secure successful sales
  • Delivering outstanding customer service aligned with our client’s values
  • Collaborating with other branches to maximise opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in residential estate agency as a Sales Manager
  • Strong local market knowledge of South West London
  • Confident, professional communicator with excellent negotiation skills
  • Target-driven, organised, and proactive with a positive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence

About You:

  • Proven track record in property sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the sales and conveyancing process.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for property and people.
