This could be the next step in your career. Our client, a prestigious network of independent estate agents, is seeking a charismatic and dynamic Branch Manager for their Redbourn office. This role offers the chance to lead a team of dedicated professionals 90% in Sales & 10% in Lettings, while working within a company renowned for its innovative approach to selling exclusive homes. Main Responsibilities * Managing an efficient and effective branch * Valuing Properties * Training Staff * Rolling out monthly targets to staff * Conducting monthly One to Ones * Devising Marketing Plans with team * Chairing Morning Meetings * Ensuring branch is performing * Dealing with complaints * Motivating staff * Vendor contact * Prospecting * Winning instructions * Overseeing the lettings department * Reporting figures to directors * Attending monthly management meetings Branch Manager – Key Skills and Ability to; * Deliver excellent customer service * Work under own initiative and as part of a team * Confidently use company software * Be able to negotiate confidently * Be determined and focused to secure new business If you are interested in this role and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion.
