Our client, a well-established, independent estate agency that has been successfully trading since 1990, is currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team. Based in Bow, they specialise in residential lettings and sales across East London. Renowned for their long-standing client relationships and exceptional local knowledge, they offer a supportive, professional environment with a strong reputation in the local market.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating the department’s work on a weekly and daily basis
- Bring in new contractors
- Manage contractor relationships
- Manage own property portfolio: including referencing, move ins, jobs, updating landlords, property inspections etc.
- Ensuring Property Management software systems are kept up to date
- Ensuring landlords and tenants are kept informed
- Ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
- The first port of call for serious tenant/property management issues
About You:
- Driving license and own car is essential for this role
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Strong time management skills
- Professional approach to customer services
