Pear Recruitment - Experienced Sales & Lettings NegotiatorLocation - BorehamwoodSalary - £25,000, plus commission - OTE £40,000 - £50,000Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday - 9am – 5pm, Half day during the weekA well-known and highly regarded independent estate agent covering Borehamwood and Elstree is seeking an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly and professional team.

The ideal candidate will be an intelligent and confident communicator with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with colleagues, landlords, tenants, vendors and buyers. You will be positive, proactive, friendly and professional, with excellent presentation and a genuine passion for working within the property industry.
The role requires a minimum of one year's experience within either Sales or Lettings, along with a strong customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of properties for sale and rentConducting viewings and providing detailed property information to potential buyers and tenantsNegotiating offers and closing deals to achieve sales and lettings targetsGenerating new business and identifying potential sales and letting opportunities.
Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers throughout the process.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenantsKeeping up to date with market trends and property valuesEnsuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptlyMaintain an up-to-date data baseSkills and Experience Required: Proven experience in sales, lettings, or a related fieldStrong negotiation and communication skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal abilitiesSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targetsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of the local property market is advantageousFull UK driving licenceIf you are interested in this role and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion.*Recommend a friend* - Do you know someone looking for a position?
