Salary - £30,000 - £40,000
Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm

A client, renowned for their expertise in the residential and commercial property sectors, is in search of a Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 120 properties.

About the role:
- Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
- Dealing with contractors invoices to ensure payment
- Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
- Handling tenant complaints and resolving disputes
- Inspecting the property regularly to identify maintenance needs
- Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration.
- Co-operating with the Lettings Team
- Ensuring portfolio compliance will all legislation Gas Certs, EICRs etc.
- Attend Property inspections
