Established over 30 years ago, our client is a unique Estate agency offering the highest standard of service delivered by their exceptional team of property professional.

In this time, they have built a portfolio of over 75 residential properties.

Carrying out external property inspections Handling maintenance enquiries Arranging and visiting properties for end of tenancy check outs Controlling Property licence applications Court applications for possession Attending court for hearings Meeting locksmiths/clients on bailiff appointments Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services.

Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld.

Proficient IT skills Full UK Driving License required & car.
