Overview

Pear Recruitment – Junior Property Administrator/Assistant Property Manager – Islington

Salary – Β£26,000 – Β£28,000 Depending on Experience

Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, One Saturday a month 10am – 4pm, Half day off in the week.

Our client based in a busy popular part of Islington is looking for a Junior Property Administrator/Assistant Property Manager to join their motivated energetic team within their stylish upmarket branch.

This is an administration-based role, so impeccable attention to detail is required along with a bubbly personality and a helpful attitude.

Some administration experienced is required for this role and good working knowledge of social media, to be able to utilise this to its full potential.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tenancy agreements.
  • Complete referencing process.
  • Effectively manage the office diary system.
  • Handle all enquiries and record new tenant applications.
  • Assist with the management of the office accounting system.
  • Update website of property details
  • Tenancy Renewals
  • Knowledge of lettings legislations

  • Must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, highly organised and ambitious.
  • Must be punctual and very well organised.
  • Excellent telephone manner
