Salary – £30,000

Hours – Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Our client, established in 2004 and located in a prime central location, deals with high-end properties all over the world. They are looking for a candidate with Alto and VAT experience to work within their Clients Accounts department. Thriving on long-lasting relationships with their clients gives them a multi-award-winning status within the property industry. With a team of motivated and skilled individuals who think outside the box, they are superbly trained to deal with multiple markets.

Duties will include:

  • Completing daily bank reconciliation of all receipts across all lettings bank accounts and cashbooks
  • Daily uploading of rent, payments, and invoices onto the Alto system
  • Resolving landlord queries via email and telephone
  • Investigating and proactively resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices via the completion of a weekly and monthly Debtors Report, liaising directly with landlords & clients to ensure prompt payment
  • Assisting with completing payment requests, including refunds and deposit releases ahead of each payment run
  • Liaising with PMs, issuing and re-issuing invoices, as well as issuing credit notes
  • Banking, filing, and retrieval of paperwork
  • Issuing service charge demands for Block Management
  • Chasing arrears/credit control
