This is a varied role responsible for overseeing the tenancy process from the references and move ins, to the move out, while assisting with managing a portfolio of residential properties and delivering excellent service to their landlords and tenants. The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to prioritise a busy workload and confident in building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. Key Responsibilities Tenancy Management Manage the tenancy process from offer agreed through to move-in. Prepare and issue tenancy agreements and supporting documentation. Ensure all legal compliance requirements are met before the commencement of tenancies. Coordinate referencing, Right to Rent checks, deposits, and move-in appointments.
