We have an amazing opportunity for a Land Negotiator to join an independent property agent in their fantastic office based in Sidcup.
This is an office-based role, working alongside an ambitious and driven team.
In this position you will be responsible for proactively identifying potential development sites, researching land opportunities, and creating new opportunities for the business.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include searching for potential development sites, researching landowners, making outbound calls to landowners, building relationships, and maintaining accurate records of opportunities.
You will also be responsible for general administration, updating Excel spreadsheets and databases, and keeping information organised and up to date.
Our client will consider both Junior and experienced candidates for this role.
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, estate agency, land acquisition, resourcing, telesales or a similar proactive role would be beneficial, although enthusiasm, confidence and the right attitude are equally important.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and personable, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
You will be confident speaking to people over the phone, comfortable carrying out research, and able to identify and create new opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts and opportunities.
- Update and manage Excel spreadsheets and internal databases.
- Carry out general administration and ensure information is kept up to date.
- Work closely with the wider team to identify and progress potential opportunities.
