The successful candidate will be highly organised, methodical and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to managing service charge accounts and financial records. You will have previous experience within property accounting, with a strong understanding of service charge budgets, reconciliations, invoicing and year-end accounts. Candidates should have excellent numerical and administrative skills, and be confident using accounting and property management software. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential, as is the confidence to communicate effectively with clients, leaseholders, managing agents and suppliers.
