Salary: Basic £20,000 - £23,000 OTE £30,000 - £35,000
Hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm | Alternate Saturdays 9am to 5pm (day off in lieu)
Our client, based in Loughton, is looking for a tenacious and enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator to join their team and become an integral part of their vibrant and growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to represent a fantastic and well-established brand while working alongside a friendly, supportive, and professional team that prides itself on delivering the highest standards of service.
The successful candidate will be well presented, articulate, and confident, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a natural ability to build strong relationships with landlords and prospective tenants, understand their requirements, and provide a first-class customer experience throughout the lettings process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage applicant enquiries and identify suitable residential properties based on tenant requirements.
- Organise and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
- Negotiate tenancy terms and maintain effective communication with landlords throughout the process.
- Carry out comprehensive referencing and credit checks on prospective tenants.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and tenancy records, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant.
- Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with both landlords and tenants.
- Oversee the tenancy process from initial offer through to completion, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
- Respond promptly and professionally to telephone and email enquiries.
- Advertise and promote available properties across online property portals and various marketing platforms.
Essential Requirements
- 6 to 12 months of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication Skills
- Excellent customer service
- Target-driven
- Full UK driving licence and own car required
