Hours- Monday, Tuesday and Friday – 9am – 6pm, Wednesday & Thursday 9am – 6:30pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm
Our client, a well-respected lettings and property management company with excellent local knowledge and a strong reputation, is looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly and established team in Crouch End.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced lettings professional looking for their next step within the property industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lettings process from start to finish, building strong relationships with landlords and applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and securing new instructions.

- Manage the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in.
- Generate new business and secure new landlord instructions.
- Conduct property appraisals and provide accurate rental valuations.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
- Register and qualify applicants, understanding their requirements and budgets.
- Negotiate rental offers and agree terms between landlords and tenants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants.
- Follow up enquiries, viewings and offers to maximise conversion.

- Progress applications and liaise with referencing and administration teams.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and property management systems.
- Ensure all lettings comply with relevant legislation and company procedures.
- Handle enquiries, objections and complaints professionally.
- Monitor local rental market trends and competitor activity.
- Achieve and exceed lettings targets and branch revenue goals.
- Support and mentor junior members of the lettings team where required.
