Location -Wanstead

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am -6pm, Saturday 9:30am – 4pm, 5-day week

Salary - £25,000, OTE £38,000 - £40,000 + Company car

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their award-winning estate agency based in Wanstead.

Established in 1991, the agency has built an excellent reputation for providing a bespoke, high-quality service to every client, supported by a team of highly qualified and experienced professionals.

This is an exciting opportunity for a well-organised, motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for property and excellent sales skills. The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with clients both over the phone and face-to-face, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties for sale and rent
  • Conducting viewings and providing detailed property information to potential buyers and tenants
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Generating new business and identifying potential sales and letting opportunities.
  • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers, landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers throughout the process.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends and property values
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in sales, lettings, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
