Working Hours - Monday-Friday, 9am–5:30pm

Our client, an independent and well-established agency with over 30 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Property Manager & Accounts Administrator to join their friendly and professional team based in Winchmore Hill.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-respected and long-standing business with a strong reputation within the property industry. The successful candidate will have solid experience within property management, excellent organisational and administrative skills, and a thorough working knowledge of ALTO property management software.
The role will suit someone who is confident managing a varied property portfolio, comfortable handling accounts and financial administration, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. In return, you will have the opportunity to develop your career within an established and supportive agency.
Responsibilities:
- Managing landlord and tenant relationships
- Organising maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Processing rents and paying landlords
- Tenancy renewals and referencing
- Property inspections
- Booking sales and lettings viewings
- Web uploading and editing property details
- General accounts administration
About You:
- Previous experience in estate agency
- Strong Property Management and Accounts background
- Competent in online banking and client accounting
- Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Experience with ALTO software essential
- Great communication skills
- Well organised
- Strong IT Skills
- High attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Full UK Licence
