Our client, a highly respected independent Estate Agency, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their vibrant team in Deptford.

Duties
- Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
- Schedule, coordinate, and conduct property management inspections, identifying maintenance requirements and potential risks.
- Liaise with contractors to obtain quotations, coordinate repairs, and oversee the completion of maintenance works.
- Provide property owners with advice on maintenance planning, budgeting, and property enhancement opportunities.
- Negotiate and coordinate tenancy renewals, ensuring all agreements are completed accurately and on time.
- Prepare tenancy agreements and associated documentation in accordance with current legislation.
- Conduct tenant referencing and suitability assessments.
- Collect, verify, and process documentation from landlords and tenants, maintaining accurate records.
- Manage tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company procedures.
- Carry out regular property inspections and produce detailed reports for landlords.
- Ensure properties remain compliant with relevant housing legislation, regulatory requirements, and local authority standards.
