Our client is a small, independent business with ambitious plans for the future. With an exciting new brand identity about to launch, this is a fantastic opportunity to join the business at an important stage of its journey. You’ll have the chance to play a key role in bringing the new brand to life, make a genuine difference from day one, and grow alongside a team that is focused on achieving big things. They are looking for someone with real energy, enthusiasm and ambition. You’ll be naturally proactive, positive and curious, with plenty of ideas and, importantly, the confidence and initiative to turn those ideas into action. You’ll be someone who enjoys getting stuck in, takes pride in doing things properly and isn’t afraid to take ownership. Personality matters too. We’re looking for someone warm, approachable and easy to work with, who can build strong relationships while still being focused on delivering results. You’ll be confident in your abilities, comfortable working collaboratively but equally happy taking responsibility and running with something independently. Above all, this is a role for someone who wants to be involved, have their voice heard and help shape what comes next. If you’re motivated, switched-on and excited by the opportunity to be part of a growing business during an exciting period of change, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
