We are looking for a first-class Lettings Administrator to join our client who are one of London’s leading estate agents on a 1year Maternity cover contract

Your extensive property experience is what sets you apart and is important for this role, along with your great work ethic and winning personality.

You will be working in beautiful offices moments from Oxford Street, this office covers central London's prime residential areas.

Working as part of the lettings team you will be required to manage and progress the paperwork for new lettings deals from the point of an offer being agreed through to successful move in.

The ideal candidate will have a background working as an Administrator, either within the residential property industry or within a sales environment and must therefore be used to working with defined timescales and deadlines.

You will also require a close attention to detail, with the confidence and ability to communicate with people at all levels in a friendly and professional manner.

It would be beneficial but not essential to have the ARLA level 3 qualification.

Duties

  • The main duties of the administrator will include.
  • Drafting paperwork for new tenancies.
  • Submitting reference requests for prospective tenants.
  • Registering deposits.
  • Arranging Gas Safety certificates and EPCS
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants and agents to ensure that paperwork is completed efficiently.
  • Arranging inventory check-ins.
  • Arranging photographs and floor plans
  • Drawing up invoices.
  • Supporting the team

Skills & Experience

  • Computer literature – Able to use Word, Excel, Outlook, basic web tools
  • Able to coordinate people with locations, keys, times & dates over the phone.
  • Good organisation skills
  • Focused and able to take responsibility for tasks
  • The job role will be a mixture of set tasks and small new challenges
  • Team player
  • Must have an interest in property
  • Experience in the property industry.
