Location - St Johns Wood
Salary - Basic £30,000 - OTE £70,000 +
Hours – Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm

Our well-established client, based in St John's Wood, is seeking a proactive and client- focused Lettings Lister to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team.

As a Lettings Lister, you will play a key role in growing the property portfolio by securing new instructions, conducting market appraisals and valuations, and effectively marketing rental properties.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a letting's environment, a strong customer-focused approach, and the drive and ambition to succeed. You will be self-motivated, commercially minded, and confident in building relationships with landlords to maximise new business opportunities.
Job description:
- Primary contact for landlords, building excellent relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance
- Maximise stock levels and drive revenue
- Hit weekly Targets
- Generate new instructions through networking and nurturing landlord relationships
- Conduct market appraisals to advise landlords or rental properties for marketing
- Pricing and market research
- Collect details about the property (size, location, price, features, amenities)
- Verify ownership documents and legal information
- Create Listings with Clear attractive property descriptions
- Keep all listings up to date and ensure accuracy of all information
- Negotiate Tenancy terms
Skills
- Proven background in letting Listing
- Ability to win instructions from landlords
- Confident in pitching and explaining services
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach
