Working hours - Mon - Thu 9am - 6pm, Fri 9-5:30pm

Our client, an established and highly respected Estate Agency with over six decades of experience, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their fantastic team in Hampstead. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 150 properties, providing an exceptional level of service to both Landlords and Tenants.
As Property Manager, you will be the key point of contact for your portfolio, building strong relationships with both Landlords and Tenants and ensuring all queries, maintenance issues and property-related matters are handled promptly and efficiently from start to finish.
You will play a crucial role in upholding the agency's excellent reputation, delivering a consistently high standard of customer service and ensuring both Landlords and Tenants receive a professional and seamless experience.

Knowledge & Skills
- Ideally ARLA Propertymark qualified to Level 3.
- Basic knowledge of heating and hot water systems, plumbing and electrical
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Software packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to problem solve and manage your time
- Enjoy being part of a team all working towards a common goal.
Responsibilities
- Manage your Property Portfolio ensuring landlords and tenants receive the highest level of service and support.
- Liaise with the branches to ensure all properties are ready for move in.
