Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Full license and own car required

Are you ready to elevate your career, our client is looking for a Property Manager with at least 1 Years minimum experience to join their distinguished company with excellent reviews and a fantastic work ethic, you will bring with you an outgoing personality and organisation skills for this fast paced role.

As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private rented properties. Your role will involve liaising with landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the high standards that our client is renowned for.

Experience:

  • TDS rulings and how to handle checkouts and deposit negotiations, along with organising any works required between tenancies
  • Safety certification regulations and instructing remedial works if and where required
  • Property licensing scheme applications
  • Filing and posting invoices, ensuring funds are held on account
  • Registering warranties and guarantees on new appliances
  • Assisting with maintenance enquiries by instructing contractors, gaining approval for works and retaining required funds
  • Handling negotiations of renewal tenancy agreements and service of relevant notices including S8, S13, S21, S48.
  • Assured shorthold tenancy agreements and preparing new files for move ins (There will be requirements on occasions to cover the member of staff who handles this when they are on holiday or not in the office)

The successful applicant will:

  • Preferably have experience of using CFP software or similar
  • Work well under pressure
  • Can work well independently but also as part of a team
  • Have good sense and sound judgement in practical matters.
  • Maintain the level of service and quality standards set out by the client
  • Demonstrate high standards of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency in dealing with the public.
  • Provide careful and considerate advice as and when necessary
  • Operate to the standards set by our regulatory bodies.
  • Clean driving license and own car
