Full Licence and own Car required for this role
Our client is looking for an experienced, driven and customer-focused Assistant Lettings Manager to join their growing lettings team.
Working closely with the Lettings Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the lettings department, helping to deliver a smooth and efficient service to landlords, tenants and applicants.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their lettings career, developing their management skills while remaining actively involved in the full lettings process.
You’ll support the team with valuations, applicant management, viewings, negotiations, progression and ensuring properties are let efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
Achieve agreed monthly targets, KPIs and banking objectives through effective negotiation and deal management.
Respond to landlord, tenant and applicant enquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
Build and maintain strong landlord relationships through regular communication and proactive
