They are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their team.

As a
Property Manager , your role will involve
- Daily management of the company’s portfolio, which consists of a mix between residential and commercial properties.
- Overseeing tenant relationships, including handling enquiries and co-ordinating move-ins and check-outs.
- Resolving maintenance/repairs and service issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Conducting regular property inspections.
- Ensuring the properties comply with latest legislation, including health and safety requirements
- Overseeing contractors and ensuring an efficient, quality service.
- Delivering a positive experience for tenants and stakeholders.
- Role Requirements
- Extensive experience in property management or a closely related real estate or facilities management role.
- Experience working with UHNWI
- Strong organisational, time management and multitasking ability.
- A “hands on” attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build constructive tenant and stakeholder relationships.
- Competence in basic financial administration, including rent collection, invoice processing and budget tracking.
- Working knowledge of UK property regulations, health and safety standards and lease administration practices.
- Ability to oversee maintenance, coordinate contractors, and ensure timely resolution of property issues.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with general office tools (e. g., email, spreadsheets, databases).
- Attention to detail, problem solving skills and sound judgement.
- Flexibility to respond to urgent issues both on site and out of hours, if necessary.
