Our client is seeking a highly accurate and detail focused Sales Administrator to support their Sales Team within a busy housebuilding environment. This role is heavily data driven and requires a high level of precision. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and maintaining sales data within their in-house system and generating client and internal reports directly from that data. Accuracy is crucial in this role!
In addition, the role includes PA support to the Sales Director; however, the primary focus is Sales Administration.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Administration (Primary Focus β approx. 70β80%):
- Accurately input and maintain all sales data within the in-house system
- Generate letters, reports, and documentation directly from system data
- Ensure all data entered is 100% accurate and fully checked before use
- Maintain plot trackers, pricing schedules, and reservation data
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports using Excel
- Process HR related admin (holiday, sick, rota)
