The predicted salary is between 35000 - 40000 £ per year.

Base pay: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, Saturdays 1 in 4 (half‑day off during the week when Saturday worked).

Driver required – pool car available.

We are looking for a motivated individual to manage a portfolio of around 200 properties. Minimum 3 years of experience in property management is essential; Reapit experience is preferred but not mandatory. You should be energetic, thrive to achieve results, and exhibit a professional, well‑presented attitude. As a member of our friendly Property Management team you will work from our office in Belsize Park.

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

  • Processing rent payments and client account reconciliations
  • Managing existing tenancies and negotiating with contractors
  • Handling tenancy renewals and amendments
  • Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation
  • Working with a team to deliver high‑standard customer service
  • Arranging reactive and planned maintenance
  • Conducting property inspections
