- A broad understanding of general AST (flat) management as this role will be working alongside a residential property manager.

- Resident Engagement Strategy: Implement and monitor strategies to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Fire Safety Compliance: Maintain detailed records and oversee testing regimes for fire suppression systems, including risers, sprinklers, AOVs, and dampers.
- Service Charge Budgets: Set and manage service charge budgets, working closely with the client accountant and commercial tenants.
- Tenant Meetings: Conduct regular building meetings with commercial tenants to address concerns and ensure smooth operations.
