Property Manager – West Drayton

Monday – Friday – 9am – 5pm

We are an award‑winning independent estate and letting agency looking for a self‑motivated & talented Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties.

Responsibilities include:

  • Co‑ordinating the department’s work on a weekly and daily basis.
  • Bringing on new contractors and managing contractor relationships.
  • Managing own property portfolio – including referencing, move‑ins, jobs, updating landlords, inspections, etc.
  • Ensuring Property Management software systems are kept up to date.
  • Ensuring landlords and tenants are kept informed.
  • Ensuring all regulatory requirements (GSC, deposit registration, etc.) are met.
  • Being the first port of call for serious tenant/property management issues.

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Well organized and an excellent multitasker.
  • Great customer service attitude.
  • Good understanding of plumbing, electrical, boiler, handyman issues.
  • Ability to review quotes, identify overpriced or padded items.

Previous property management experience of around 1 year is essential, with good local knowledge and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
