They are looking for an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards while delivering an outstanding experience for their tenants and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, a hands-on approach to property management, and the ability to build excellent relationships with contractors, tenants, and colleagues.
As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
- Daily management of the company’s portfolio, which consists of a mix between residential and commercial properties.
- Conducting regular property inspections.
- Ensuring the properties comply with latest legislation, including health and safety requirements.
- Overseeing contractors and ensuring an efficient, quality service.
- Extensive experience in property management or a closely related real estate or facilities management role.
- Competence in basic financial administration, including rent collection, invoice processing and budget tracking.
- Working knowledge of UK property regulations, health and safety standards and lease administration practices.
- Ability to oversee maintenance, coordinate contractors, and ensure timely resolution of property issues.
- Computer literacy and proficiency with general office tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, databases).
- Flexibility to respond to urgent issues both on site and out of hours, if necessary.
