Salary – Up to £31,500 + Bonuses Full‑time (Depending on Experience) Pro‑rate Salary if Part‑time
Full time hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the backbone of the office, ensuring smooth operations through meticulous organisation and attention to detail.
- Handle correspondence, maintain records, prepare invoices and contribute to a positive and efficient work environment.
- Expand PEAR Recruitment\’s client base by reaching out to potential clients and presenting the agency\’s services.
- Build lasting professional relationships and serve as the first point of contact for many new clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success in business development or sales, particularly in a recruitment or staffing context.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and persuasive telephone manner.
- Proficiency using office software and CRM systems.
- A proactive and positive attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
