The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

Working Hours – Monday – Friday 8:45am – 5:30pm, Saturday 8:45 – 4:30pm (5 day week). Driver and own car required – Car allowance.

Our client, based in the lovely area of Chelmsford, specialises in sales, lettings, and property management. They are currently looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Lister to join their motivated team and support the continued growth of the branch. Established in 2007 as a family-run business founded by father and son, the company offers a supportive and collaborative working environment, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced negotiator looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and capitalising on opportunities for business growth.
  • Proactively making calls and following up on new and existing leads.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Maintaining strong knowledge of the local property market and competitor activity.
  • Winning new instructions through effective negotiation and relationship building.
  • Delivering consistently high levels of customer service.
  • Carrying out accurate and well-presented property valuations.
  • Growing and managing the sales portfolio to maximise performance.
  • Carrying out professional property valuations and advising vendors on pricing and marketing strategies.
