Introduction
Peapods Nursery are looking for a new Childcare Apprentice. You will be studying toward your Early Years Educator Level 3.

What You'll Do
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will become part of a supportive and experienced childcare team dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for young children.
You will gain valuable practical experience across all aspects of nursery life, supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities, play-based learning and positive interactions.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge and confidence while working towards a recognised childcare qualification.
- Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the learning, development and care of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Take responsibility for key children, supporting their individual learning and development needs.
- Complete regular observations and contribute to children's learning records.
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that support children's development.
- Assist with creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Support children's personal care routines while promoting independence.
- Contribute new ideas and activities to enhance children's learning experiences.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
- Work as part of the nursery team to provide high-quality childcare and education.
- Training Outcome
There is a possibility of being offered a full-time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.
