They partner with ambitious brands to design, implement, and optimise customer service platforms that drive efficiency, insight, and exceptional customer experiences.
We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant to lead the successful delivery of Zendesk projects for a wide range of clients. You’ll be the key point of contact throughout each engagement, guiding customers from discovery and design through to implementation, launch, and optimisation.
