We’re looking for an experienced Technical Consultant with a passion for conversational AI, customer experience, and emerging technologies. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions across voice and digital channels, helping organisations enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience working with omni-channel conversational AI platforms such as Cognigy, Omilia OCP, Ultimate AI, or similar
  • Strong background in conversational design, including dialogue creation, flowchart design, user testing, and solution handovers
  • Experience developing and optimising conversational AI systems across voice and digital channels
  • Understanding of contact centre environments and customer experience transformation projects
  • Ability to analyse AI platform data and map ROI to deliver actionable business insights
  • Experience designing proactive AI agents capable of anticipating customer needs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-focused solutions

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating emotional intelligence into AI-driven customer interactions
  • Exposure to multimodal AI capabilities, including text, voice, and image-based interactions
  • Knowledge of CCaaS and CX technologies such as Zendesk, Amazon Connect, NICE, or Calabrio
